Note that the number of 'oldbies' did not really increase between Oct. 7 and Sept. 10, but were 'discovered' by me from AAVSO reports. Not all Canadian observers are RASC members, nor are all observers subscribed to the RASClist, where most of the promotion has been done. 100 observers is not a large goal, considering there are 4615 RASC members - 100 observers represent only 1.9% of RASC members!
